Lynx is not a sprawling SEO dashboard wearing twenty-seven tabs. It is a dedicated backlink verification machine. Give it a target and a list of external pages. It goes hunting.

Each candidate page is fetched and inspected for links returning to the designated target. Lynx records the backlink state, nofollow condition, canonical relationship, HTTP response and inspection time while the desktop remains responsive.

The result is a compact piece of machinery with one job, visible telemetry, and a browser-ready HTML report when the run is finished.
